Welcome to the Higgins House view of the Central Florida Zoo.  Over the next few weeks we plan on filling this page with many places to visit during your vacation in Florida.  During your stay in Central Florida and downtown Historic Sanford you should make plans to visit the Central Florida Zoo.  If you don't have the time to experience Central Florida's nature trails and springs, then you can have the nature, habitat and animals come to you during your tour of Central Florida's only Zoo,  The Central Florida Zoo is located in Sanford down 17-92 right next to Lake Monroe and the Saint Johns River.
