Chairs for Ceremony

Use of property for one hour of ceremony rehearsal

$950 plus 7% tax

Property usage is 4-hours from 10am – 2pm or 4pm – 8pm

Maximum attendance up to 25 people

City noise ordinance must be followed

Tenting is optional and available at market rate – Must be reserved in advance

50% deposit is required to secure date

Balance due 30-days in advance

Cancellations required 90 days prior to venue with $500 cancellation fee

No monies will be refunded less than 90 days of function date
