Standard event is up to 4 hours

Receptions times are between 1:00pm and 10:00pm

Standard rate is for up to 50 people

Additional fees for each guest over 50 people - inquire with event specialist

City noise ordinance must be followed

10% non-refundable initial payment is required to secure date

25% payment do 30-days before reception date

Remaining balance due 14 days before reception date

Cancellations require 90 days prior to reception with forfeit of 10% initial payment

No monies will be refunded for cancellations made less than 14 days of reception date

Once scheduled any change of dates will result in additional fees
