The Cafe Rouge is run by Sam & Sam.  You got to love it the food is great.  They have an ever changing menu and all of their creations show the skill of two fine chefs.  The Cafe Rouge is four blocks from the Higgins House in the middle of downtown.  Cafe Rouge is where we locals go when we want something special.  See ya there!!
