Convenient Street Parking is located in front and on the side of the Higgins House
Check-In-Time is 3:00pm

Check-Out-Time is 11:00am

Smoking is not permitted in the House but guests have full use of wooden decks and garden areas

Children over the age of 10 are allowed if they are accustomed to an adult environment

Sorry, we can not accommodate pets

Credit Card Deposits required with balance upon arrival

7% Florida Sales Tax and 3% Tourist Tax additional

All Rooms and Rates are based on double occupancy

Weekdays are Sunday thru Thursday

Weekends are Friday's and Saturday's

Cancellation Policy

One night billed if cancelled less than 7-days prior to arrival

14 day notice required for Holidays and when multiple rooms are reserved

A $50 cancellation fee always applies
