If you like the look of Cedar and the ambiance of being in a country cabin then this is your room. It is my personal favorite and the most unique room at the Higgins House. The ceiling is all cedar and the private bath is completely lined with cedar and finished off with a newly restored Victorian Claw Foot Tub. Accents include true Historical U.S. Territory Snow Shoes, Early American Furniture and an awesome total comfort Brass Queen Sized Bed. The Owen Edward Cedar Room is also one of the most private rooms at the Inn since it's located upstairs and at the back of the house. It has a great overlook view of the Garden and tons of oak trees with shade. The room makes you feel like you're in the country while being pampered in a luxurious Queen Anne Victorian Bed and Breakfast. Owen Higgins and Edward Higgins were the first and second sons of James Corcoran Higgins who was the original owner and builder of this home.
