Cedar Room

The Cedar Room is both elegant and rustic.  While the showshoes, beaver skin, and antique suitcase suggest an adventurous lifestyle, the cedar room evokes a feeling of quiet retreat.  A Queen size bed with goose down comforter complete the mood, along with private bath and claw foot  tub.  Comfortable robes are provided.

$150.00 per night.

Guest Rooms

The Higgins House has three beautifully appointed guest rooms,  each with its own private bath.  All beds have goose down comforters.

Our Guest Sitting Room with balcony overlooks Centennial Park just across the street.  You may catch a wedding in progress.  Books, magazines, TV, microwave, and refrigerator are available for your use.   The refrigerator is stocked with water and sodas.  In the evening you will often find home baked cookies or other snacks here.

All rooms are equiped with comfortable robes, clock radios, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, soap, makeup remover, shoe cloth, and bottled water; an iron and ironing board are also available upon request.  Should you forget your toothbrush, or lose a button, we will come to your rescue.  Turn-down service is available at your request.

WiFi is available at the Higgins House at no charge.
