Central Florida Homebrewers Mead Only Competition

This year will commemorate the 9th annual Meadllenium otherwise known as Meadllennium 2006.  Judging will be held on Friday, January 27th and Saturday, January 28th, 2006.  The categories for entries will comply to the latest version of the BJCP Style Guidelines as outlined in page 1 and 2 of this article. You can send in your entries to Heart's Homebrew Supply Store using the following contact information;

The club will also be offering an informational class about Mead on one of the saturday's before the event.  We will update this page once the date is finalized.  The class will cover useful facts about how to judge mead and how to make mead.  I will provide an outline of the class on this page when I add the date information.
