The upstairs veranda is a secluded spot just to sit, read, or relax over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The Higgins House offers three guest rooms. All rooms have private baths with antique tubs. The lovely Victorian room overlooks the butterfly garden, the Wicker room is romantic with its bay window sitting area and the Kaley Suite has a warm, cozy atmosphere with stenciled wooden floor and cedar ceiling. A bountiful gourmet breakfast featuring special house recipe entree's, fresh seasonal fruit, juice, fresh regional coffees, cereal, fresh baked muffins, breads and homemade jams and jellies is served each morning.
